Edgar Dunn & Co - Peter SideniusPeter Sidenius is the CEO of Edgar, Dunn & Company (EDC) and is based in EDC's London office where he is also leads EDC's European practice.
Peter has over 20 years of experience in consulting in strategic consulting to a variety of leading industry clients in financial services, with wide geographical experience across the European, North American, Middle Eastern, and African markets.
His functional expertise includes competitive analysis, business performance reviews, benchmarking, and customer and product profitability measurement using a wide array of strategic analysis tools. He has delivered strategic consultancy assignments within the physical and e-business arena of financial services, providing strategic payment service analysis, profitability analysis, operational reviews, new product development and benchmarking studies for industry leading clients. In addition, Peter leads the practice providing regulatory advice and interchange analysis within EDC's European operations. His clients include international payment schemes, national banks, financial services organisations and national financial services associations.
Prior to joining EDC he set up and managed a specialist consultancy within the financial services sector, providing strategic payment service analysis, profitability analysis, operational reviews and benchmarking analysis for industry leading clients within Europe, Scandinavia, Africa and North America. Prior to this, he spent five years within Andersen Consulting's Strategic Services Group in London where he specialised in Payment Services, Utilities, Banking and Financial Modelling. Peter holds a Masters of Science from Denmark's Technical University and a Masters of Philosophy in Management Studies from Oxford University. Peter is a regular conference speaker and Chairman at events concerning the cards and payments business and customer profitability/value management across Europe and beyond.
Value Retail - Claire BailletSince December 2013 Claire Baillet has been working as Marketing Director for Value Retail in Maasmechelen. Claire held various senior positions within the luxury and retail industry and launched global brands in Asia, the United States, Europe and in emerging markets.
After having worked in Germany, Belgium, Hungary and the USA, she gained an extensive global marketing experience both in BtoC as in Btob, working with premium and sustainability brands.
Prior to Value Retail, Claire worked for Interface, global leader in designed sustainable flooring, working within Hospitality and corporate offices. Based in Belgium, she was Senior Vice President Marketing - Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, responsible for leading and directing the marketing strategy of the company through the EMEAI region.
She previously worked for Samsonite Corporation as Global Marketing Director - American Tourister, based in Boston, US.
Of French nationality , Claire is fluent in English and German and also speaks Spanish and basic Dutch. She is a graduate of École de Commerce de Paris, obtained a degree in Marketing at the University of Lancaster in the United Kingdom and additionally reached a Master degree from the University of Reutlingen in Germany. Claire dedicates here spare time to diving, traveling and painting.
OT (Oberthur) - Nicolas RaffinNicolas Raffin started his career with numeric photo group PhotoMe as Product Manager. He then joined Schlumberger Electronic Transactions (that would later become Axalto and then Gemalto) and spent ten years within the group, in different sales and marketing management roles, in various European countries. He was then hired by US retail giant Safeway Inc to co-launch and develop the continental Europe subsidiary of Blackhawk Network, a leading provider of prepaid products and services.
He is currently Head of Marketing Payment & Transport at Oberthur Technologies. He holds a Master in Marketing and a MSc in Technology & Innovation Management. He is a Board Member of Smart Payment Association and of Eurosmart.
PayPal - Luke OlbrichLuke Olbrich is the Head of PayPal's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) core payments business. In this role, Luke is responsible for the core payments business managing the multiple payment providers for the PayPal network, the largest electronic wallet provider in Europe. His role includes the management of all vendor and network business for both ACH and card payments for PayPal across the region. Additionally he and his team provide leadership and support within PayPal to engage and work with regulatory and other public institutions (SEPA migration, PSD, etc…) and for supporting PayPal's growth strategies for innovative payment solutions and new PayPal market entry strategies, that securely and directly enable "Connected Commerce" between millions of PayPal merchants and consumers in the EMEA region, billions of times a year.
Previously, Luke managed MasterCard Worldwide's core credit business and rewards, loyalty, customer service, insurance and benefits business for the Europe region based in London. Before this role, Luke spent over 10 years in MasterCard's Brussels regional HQ managing the company's Maestro and Debit MasterCard debit card and ATM business across 54 countries in Europe including marketing, public affairs, SEPA compliance, operations, and product development. He started with MasterCard in their New York Headquarters in Operations and held a number of other roles from Franchise Management, Retailer Acceptance, amongst others.
Luke began his career at Chemical Bank in New York City as part of their Management Trainee Programme and is a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and also a Master's of Arts candidate in History at Harvard University.

SixDots - Frédéric LhostteSince November 2013, Frédéric Lhostte is Managing Director of Sixdots, a Joint-Venture by BNP Paribas Fortis and Belgacom that provides an open platform for securing in-app mobile/e-commerce payments, ticketing, couponing and loyalty programs.
Frédéric has an experience of more than 15 years in telecommunication. He joined the Belgacom Group in 1997 in Product Management. Since then, he progressively moved to different senior positions in Operations, Strategy, Business Development, mobile payment and Machine-to-Machine within the Group and gained a strong experience in the telecom and internet sectors.
End 2013, the Joint-Venture Sixdots has been created and Frédéric has been appointed as Managing Director of this new company.
During 2 years, Frédéric was also President of the Board of the company Mobile-for developing innovative mobile payment solutions in Belgium (100% subsidiary of the Belgacom group). Position he left at the creation of Sixdots.

Clear2Pay - Kimball FelixAs a founding member of Clear2Pay, Kimball Felix supported the international growth of the company in several (combined) management positions. Kimball initiated and managed many of the company's corporate and operational activities, such as Marketing & Communications, Human Resources and Organization, Due Diligence Office and M&A integration, whilst supporting Corporate Strategy, Sales and Operations. As its current Chief of Staff, Kimball is part of Clear2Pay's Executive Committee, responsible for Corporate Development and Special Projects.

His passion is to contribute to the market adoption of impactful innovations. Prior joining Google, Anthony headed Alcatel-Lucent's mCommerce Unit providing telecom operators new revenue streams from mobile payments and mobile marketing. Anthony also managed a number of start-ups in the online media and IT security domain such as Certipost and GlobalSign. He started his career as Investment analyst at the Belgian publisher Corelio. Anthony Belpaire has a Master in Engineering and graduated from the University of Ghent, followed by courses on Artificial Intelligence at the University of Valencia and the MIT.
LJA Advice & Consulting - Luc JanssenLuc Janssen is Managing Director and owner at LJA Advice &and Consulting. Additionally, from November 2011 till April 2014, Luc was the Global Head of Business Development at European Payment Solutions.
He started his own business from his strong financial sector background having performed senior marketing and sales functions across a number of leading card and banking companies. With his over 30 years of business experience gained with pan European and US multinationals, Luc brings a wealth of in-depth specialist knowledge of the retail banking, cards and payment business to his clients.
Until June 2011 Luc Janssen was the Head of Visa Commercial for Visa Europe, responsible for developing and marketing all payment solutions for commercial customers across the region. Prior to joining Visa in May 2006, Luc worked ten years for MasterCard Europe, in various Business Development roles, latterly as Group Head Product Sales and Delivery Europe. In this role he was responsible for the sales and marketing programs for all of MasterCard's products in Europe.
Luc had 15 years of experience in the marketing and promotion of financial products and services before joining MasterCard. He held various roles with CERA bank (now KBC), CITIBANK and ANHYP (now AXA). In this time he launched new product lines and services, managed re-branding activities and oversaw several well received advertising campaigns. Luc holds a Masters in Law degree from K.U.L., Leuven University in his native Belgium.
MasterCard - David DechampsDavid Dechamps has more than 15 years of experience in financial services and electronic payments.
He and his team are responsible for growing the existing MasterCard and Maestro business of the banks, as well as bringing innovative payment solutions to the Benelux market.
Prior to joining MasterCard, David has also held responsibilities at Gemalto and BNPP Fortis, giving him complementary views on the payment industry.
